RedLeg Rum pina colada cocktails garnished with fresh pineapple

Pineapple Piña Colada

How to prepare:

  • 50ml RedLeg Pineapple

  • 50ml Coconut cream

  • 75ml Pineapple juice

  • 12.5ml Fresh lime juice

  • Pinch of salt

  • Wedge of pineapple to garnish

Add the ingredients to a cocktail shaker and fill with ice. Shake hard until cold, then strain into a cocktail glass filled with fresh ice and garnish with a wedge of pineapple.
