
Spiced Mojito
Why not spice things up with our twist on the well-loved mojito. Made with RedLeg Spiced Rum and ginger beer, this is sure to be a new favourite.
How to prepare:
- 50ml RedLeg Spiced Rum
- 10ml Sugar syrup
- Half a Lime, cut into wedges
- 10 Mint leaves
- Ginger beer
Put the lime wedges into a tall glass and muddle to release the juices.
Add the RedLeg Rum and sugar syrup, then clap the mint leaves between your hands and drop into the glass.
Fill with ice and top with ginger beer, then give everything a stir with a bar spoon and serve.
