Tropical Lava Flow

The Tropical Lava Flow is a show-stopping cocktail that blends creamy coconut, ripe pineapple, and a swirl of fresh strawberry for a fruity, island-inspired drink with a stunning layered look. Smooth rum ties it all together, making it the ultimate beachside indulgence.

How to prepare:

  • 50ml RedLeg Tropical Rum
  • 100ml Coconut Cream
  • 100ml Pineapple Juice
  • 1 Small Banana
  • Handful of Strawberries
  • Pineapple Wedge

Blend the rum and strawberries in a blender until a smooth paste has formed. Pour mixture into a hurricane or tall glass.

Blend banana, coconut cream, and pineapple juice with ice until smooth.

Slowly pour mixture into glass with red rum mix. Watch strawberry mixture oozing its way to the top along the sides of the glass, creating a flowing lava effect. Garnish with a pineapple wedge.
